Are your parents Chris and Julie? If so I believe I have seen a photo of you at your wedding in the most BEAUTIFUL vintage dress, CONGRATULATIONS!!  and it's not all as bad as I make out, as I'm sure you are discovering :-)  I'm doing yoga here:  http://www.lifelongyoga.co.uk/  she's a lovely teacher and I really recommend it, so worth it for the relaxation alone!  I frequently feel like sleeping at the end!  I'm trying to get to Aqua natal at Park rd leisure centre as well but am lacking in motivation.
